The 30th Ulsan Whale Festival, October 15–18, 2026, is held in Jangsaengpo, once a whaling center and now an eco-city where people and whales coexist. Under the theme “The whale’s invitation, a 30th birthday party,” enjoy opening and closing ceremonies, a special fireworks show, a 300-person citizens’ choir, a whale parade, a kids’ festa, AR and interactive media, a family song contest and a flea market. A welcome gate with shuttle connections runs from Taehwagang Station plaza.
