Held to mark Seoul Animal Protection Day, this participatory festival celebrates people and animals living together. On October 17–18 at the plaza in front of the Mulbit Stage in Yeouido Hangang Park, there is something for pet owners and non-owners alike: the “Animal Happiness Run” walk with dogs along the Han River, a live pet talk, stories of adopted dogs, a red-carpet adoption event, an animal-welfare play zone, behavior and health consultations, pet registration, quizzes and photo zones.
