About
Sium Sium Morning, meaning a “leisurely morning,” is a weekend morning exercise event where everyone can enjoy themselves at their own pace in any way that suits their fitness level—whether walking, running, or biking, or even bringing a stroller or their dog. It’s a time to enjoy exercise and experience Seoul’s mornings without the pressure of times or rankings. Set against the backdrop of Seoul’s major bridges and Hangang Park, participants can walk or run along the cityscape and the Hangang River, discovering new charms in familiar places. On-site, participants can also enjoy GX programs led by professional instructors and the “Seoul Fitness Test on the Go,” which allows them to assess their fitness levels. You can participate alone or with family and friends. Anyone—from beginners just starting to exercise to those who regularly work out—can join without any pressure. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event; no advance registration is required. The location, course, and program for each session can be found on the official website.
